basement room strong smell

The location offered convenient access to nearby areas.

The room I had was in the basement. I found that I could clearly hear street noise and conversations through the air vent. The room smelled strongly of stale smoke at times. This significantly detracted from the stay.

good location clean room elevator noise shower temperature

the location was really good. it was very close to bus stops. the room was also quite clean.

my room was in front of the elevator, AND i could hear people walking outside while sleeping. the shower wasn't heating after 11 p.m.

The room was clean. Electric power points were more than ENOUGH. I found this to be really useful. I could request room service every day.

The room's door bottom had a two-finger gap. I could hear noise from the corridor.

Location are fantastic. I found two metro stops near the hotel. The rooms were cosy and clean. Daily room service and water replenishment was good.

I found bath towels to be of unacceptable quality. They was worn with some staining.

convenient location daily room service working air conditioning old towel small lobby limited seating

The location proved convenient. It was close to metro stops and several restaurants. I also liked there were daily room service and water replenishment. The air conditioning worked well.

The bath towels felt old and not very clean. I noticed yellow marks on them, this concerned me. The lobby was quite small, it had limited seating. Waiting there was not comfortable.

the hotel location is great since bugis mrt station is only a short walk away. my room included nescafe pouches and black tea, i appreciated the kettle.
