refined comfort and really good service

ample spacegreat servicetv issue
The Heritage Room offered ample space and felt luxurious. I had access to the lounge on level four. The staff provided great service there. The hotel's proximity to the river made walks convenient. The asian civilizations museum, right across the bridge, was easy to reach.
The tv in my room did not work . I requested that it be fixed several times. the issue persisted. This was a definite inconvenience.

i stayed in a quay room. the bed and pillows were super comfortable! the breakfast buffet had an AMAZING selection of food and drinks.

i enjoyed a four night stay. the staff really impressed me. a special shoutout goes to the concierge team. they handled my luggage quickly. they also arranged all transportation efficiently. plus they were friendly!
the gym had limited hours. that was a minor inconvenience though.

This building is undeniably excellent. I appreciated the refreshing pool. The check-in was friendly. I enjoyed the more personal feel of Level 4. The air conditioning worked well. The water pressure was great. I loved my serene river view. It provided a cool respite after exploring.
The gym got a little crowded during peak hours.
