An excellent stay
well-designed room great comfort filtered water
The room was well-designed and spacious. The bed offered great comfort. I also liked the separate faucet for filtered drinking water in the bathroom.
the staff was helpful and kind. the room was clean. the hotel is near clarke quay. it is an awesome place for dinner and live MUSIC!!!
the service needed some improvement. i asked about my laundry and learned i would not get it until i paid. it took about an HOUR to sort out. we will not return to this hotel.

Sheva was friendly and very attentive. the club room provided a good selection of drinks and canapés each evening. The food was fabulous.
the room cleaning was not quite up to par, i noticed a bit of dirt in the corners of the basin.

unique touch lovely aroma
The location was excellent. I could walk to chinatown in minutes. the aroma in the hotel reception was really lovely. the special touch of filtered water in the room impressed me. it was unique to this hotel and very useful
the room insulation was insufficient. i could hear people walking above me, and even using their toilet. the noise was very disturbing

a fantastic stay!
convenient location lush gardens helpful staff
i found the proximity to chinatown mrt and clarke quay mrt useful. the architecture incorporating lush gardens was fine. the staff were very friendly and always went the extra mile to help, a very nice touch. the lap pool was just what i needed after a long day.
the only minor issue i encountered was a slight delay during check-in.

the room featured a very comfortable king-size bed and a large walk-in shower. a fine view. the layout included two separate sinks and premium toiletries, providing ample space and convenience. it was well-equipped and maintained.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes with individual screens. the hotel's outdoor spaces boasted gorgeous gardens, even up on the 14th floor. the pool area offered twenty loungers and a shaded section.

Breakfast offered a generous buffet. The food was AMAZING!!! the club lounge on the 16th floor provided afternoon tea and evening cocktails. i appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment with lovely views.

the location allows easy access to chinatown, where various restaurants and shops are available. clarke quay is approximately a fifteen-minute walk, offering even more dining options. marina bay is reachable in about thirty minutes on foot.

sewage smell broken mini fridge
Breakfast offered a wide selection and the location was central to many attractions.
The shower had a bad sewage smell each time I used it and the mini fridge leaked water. I think it was broken .

Underwhelming stay. Pool issues, staff mixed
pool closure unfriendly staff
The pool was closed for maintenance. I wasnt informed before i arrived. it was a major reason i booked. the breakfast was chaotic, with long queues. staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly friendly. i felt my room was not worth the price I paid.
