a fantastic stay!

convenient locationlush gardenshelpful staff
i found the proximity to chinatown mrt and clarke quay mrt useful. the architecture incorporating lush gardens was fine. the staff were very friendly and always went the extra mile to help, a very nice touch. the lap pool was just what i needed after a long day.
the only minor issue i encountered was a slight delay during check-in.

the room featured a very comfortable king-size bed and a large walk-in shower. a fine view. the layout included two separate sinks and premium toiletries, providing ample space and convenience. it was well-equipped and maintained.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes with individual screens. the hotel's outdoor spaces boasted gorgeous gardens, even up on the 14th floor. the pool area offered twenty loungers and a shaded section.

Breakfast offered a generous buffet. The food was AMAZING!!! the club lounge on the 16th floor provided afternoon tea and evening cocktails. i appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment with lovely views.

Breakfast offered a wide selection and the location was central to many attractions.
The shower had a bad sewage smell each time I used it and the mini fridge leaked water. I think it was broken .

The pool was closed for maintenance. I wasnt informed before i arrived. it was a major reason i booked. the breakfast was chaotic, with long queues. staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly friendly. i felt my room was not worth the price I paid.
