inaccessible menudelayed taxi
my stay experienced some hiccups. i found the room service menu inaccessible on the tv, so i had to go to the front desk. even there, they didn't have a menu to provide. the taxi i requested for the next morning wasn't booked, which caused a 20-minute delay.

the front desk staff was professional. the hotel room was excellent. i found the swimming pool and other facilities great. breakfast was a great buffet. a free pre-book shuttle bus is available at the hotel.
i received emails requesting me to check in online up to four days after my stay it was not a big deal but a little annoying

underwhelming stay with issues

infrequent shuttlestrong odor
The location felt really out of the way. The shuttle service was infrequent. i expected more convenience for getting around. the room, a beautiful laguna twin, had a lingering odor that was pretty unpleasant. it seemed like a cleaning product but it was way too strong and it didn't dissipate .

the gym facilities had modern equipment. i saw multiple treadmills and stationary bikes available for use. the breakfast buffet featured a good variety of food. it included both western and local options.
the room service was quite slow one evening. i waited almost an hour for my order to arrive. i found the location a bit isolated. getting to the city required a taxi or the hotel's shuttle.

the room was spacious with a king bed. i noticed the golf course views was pleasing. the pool was large. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. i saw the breakfast buffet had many options.
