easy accessair conditioning issuepower outage
the location was acceptable and provided easy access to nearby areas.
the air conditioning was not functioning properly. the room felt damp as a result. there was also a power outage in the room at 3 am, no lights were working. this. i expected more from this hotel, especially considering it is a reputed hotel.

unfriendly stafflimited options
The air conditioning barely worked. It was either freezing or not working at all. also, the breakfast selection was disappointing. There were limited options, and not everything seemed fresh. i found the reception staff to be unfriendly, and they didn't seem willing to help. i also found the gym very hot. there were no fans or working air conditioning.

The reception staff was very helpful. The location is convenient. I found the beds comfortable. The room service food was tasty. I ordered it late at night. The hotel helped me after I lost my purse on a public bus.

The location was very convenient to nearby shops. The room was large with a really comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The rooftop terrace provided a nice spot to watch the sun go down.
The gym could benefit from newer equipment.

The swimming pool is fine and offers a great spot to relax. It features a bar in the middle for added convenience. There is also a rooftop terrace, and guests can watch the sunset.

excellent stay at center location
clean roomcomfortable bedswim-up barloud noise
the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. rooms were freshened up every day. i found the air conditioning very effective. the pool had a swim-up bar, a plus. i particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast with the friendly staff.
I experienced loud noise from nearby establishments, such as bangla road. Ear plugs were available in the room but installing sound proof glass could improve the situation.
