excellent room service satisfactory cleanliness rocky beach limited selection

The room service was excellent. The response to requests was also excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms was good and satisfactory. It was nice to return to a tidy space after a day out.

The beach area was covered with garbage and broken bottles. The resort's beach was largely rocky rather than soft sand. The pool bar staff could not prepare several drinks listed on their menu. Multiple beer options were unavailable. I thought the selection was limited.

a decent stay

buggy service breakfast selection pool maintenance blood stain

i appreciated the staff calling a buggy service. it was such a nice treat because ruan restaurant was far from our villa. the breakfast buffet included freshly squeezed juices. it had a large selection of international cuisine from western to indian.

the pools were not well maintained. they had debris from trees. we found blood stains on the bedding. i understand you're on an island and bugs are normal. dead bugs were on the floor when we checked in.

amazing Experience

clean pools private beach vast menu easy buggy

The resort had two good size pools. Both were clean. there was a private beach stretching along the front. the main restaurant, api, offers a vast menu. I found many options. buggy trips were easily booked via the app.

i noticed some broken floor tiles around the pool. it wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.

The staff promptly addressed requests. drivers were always ready to provide transportation. the reception staff was efficient and helpful. i felt welcomed and cared for . They were very attentive.

slow check-in dirty gym

the check-in process was not smooth. i had to wait an hour even after a long boat ride. the staff did not seem well-organized, and it left a bad first impression. also, the gym was quite dirty. i noticed a lack of cleaning and no towels were available. the water machine was broken for days, and this was disappointing for a hotel like this.
