vast option glowing star

the breakfast had vast options. i had a swim up room, it was fantastic. the place looked fine by night. the glowing stars in the water was a great touch.

i got 2 coffee filter capsules a day, no more. yet there is a coffee area where you can get free coffee and tea all day.

The decoration was indeed very special. The pools at this hotel were nice.

The location felt quite far from everything i had planned. The walkways sometimes flooded after rain. I stepped in puddles. The beach is farther than you might think. A concrete wall prevents direct access.

terrible wi-fi poor equipment

the breakfast buffet had MANY choices, including both western and asian options. it was acceptable.

The fitness center WAS a joke. there were only two treadmills and one stationary bike, and none of the equipment looked maintained WELL. also, the Wi-Fi was TERRIBLE. It kept disconnecting, and i couldnt even stream videos.

architectural detail amazing night plentiful service

the architectural detail is unreal. the hotel interior looks amazing during the day. it is amazing at night. fresh breakfast and plentiful service are very good.

the main pool was closed . i constantly walked past tools and encountered people spraying chemicals. the strong smell of paint was noticeable. this impacted the overall experience.

loud air conditioning limited seating

the architecture definitely had a thai feel. the staff were friendly.

i found the cabana pool rooms disappointing. the high ceilings and dark glass doors made it gloomy. the air conditioning was really loud. the pool felt quite chilly and the seating available for eating and drinking by the pool was limited.

hotel grounds beautiful design museum pieces

the hotel grounds felt special to me! i loved the beautiful design. it seemed a palace from a fairy tale. there were many museum pieces with well kept gardens everywhere.

the walkways sometimes flooded. it made getting around the hotel difficult.
