i found the room rates to be very reasonable (almost inexpensive!) for the level of luxury. the staff at the bar and restaurant were accommodating. the food and drinks were amazing. mukii gave us excellent service and.
it would be nice to see these areas cleaned more frequently throughout the day.

the hotel has a very nice restaurant that serves a breakfast buffet . it features a wide selection of foods, including eggs, pancakes, croissants, and a fruit bar with mango and dragon fruit. guests even get a complimentary scoop of ice cream (such a treat!).

The staff was very attentive. I especially appreciated the quick responses to my requests. The breakfast buffet had MANY options. I also enjoyed having live music at the courtyard restaurant each evening.
The gym could use a little updating. Some of the equipment was slightly worn.

The hotel is across the street from the beach. It's a short walk to many restaurants and shops. A 7/11 convenience store is just around the corner.

Staff members offered prompt, friendly assistance. The reservation manager, Nuch, was accommodating. Wai at the restaurant provided really good service. Nothing was too much trouble.

The food was AMAZING!!! Happy hour cocktails are a bargain. I received complimentary ice cream. It was a nice touch. Akash suggested good food and drinks.

the breakfast was diverse and fresh. the location made it easy to navigate the local shops and restaurants. i also found a great kids area.
the room we got had a door inside. it linked it to the neighbouring room, which i did not expect. the bed sheets also didn't seem fresh.
