i thought the buffet breakfast offered HUGE variety, catering to EVERY taste. The pool area was immaculate and offered both sunny spots and shaded areas. Fresh pool towels were available EVERY day which i found very handy. i also liked the reasonably priced food and drinks at the pool bar. friendly staff!
my room was a little far from the lobby. a bit of a walk with my luggage.

The daily breakfast buffet offered many choices, a great way to start the day. the pool area was lovely and perfect for cooling down. The swim-up bar was a great feature. the free shuttle service to town was convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the gym equipment was a bit old and could use some updating.

the hotel is within a 15-minute walk to patong beach, very convenient. it's also close to a 7-eleven, laundry services, massage options, and several restaurants. street food vendors are less than 5 minutes away too, though the parking was expensive!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tom at reception was especially helpful. Any questions i had, he answered. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to bangla road, convenient and saved on transportation costs. It's reliable.

The room featured comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep . there was a great ocean-front balcony. the room was always cleaned properly every day. Room service was excellent. Everything worked as expected, very convenient.

The air conditioning sometimes left the floors wet, and this made them slippery.

The pool was a good size. I especially liked the option to have drinks served right in the water. Breakfast had many choices, even for vegetarians like me. The staff were nice and always helped with tours. The room was spacious and it was clean.

The pool offers various depths from 100 to 160 cm and also features a waterfall. You can find nice canals with lotuses where frogs live happily while they are singing in the evenings.

Acceptable Stay at the Resort

Breakfast included a wide variety of options and tasted good. The swimming pool was large and the areas around the pool allowed for relaxation. I noted many towels left on the chairs around the pool. The front desk staff was polite and ready to help when asked.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate, with only hot or cold water. Room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days it happened at 11:30 and other times in the late afternoon. I needed to ask for towels a few times because they were taken but not replaced.
