Ms Luna and Mr Winson allow a early check in. The room was spacious. It was also super clean and cozy. Swimming pool and gym facilities are available to guests.

The room had ants. These ants were crawling on the wall. They were also on the table top. Staff bring a Bygon spray. The room has a strong smell after this spray. This disrupted my rest.

the staff was friendly, i appreciated that. housekeeping provided good service to me. shopping malls were within walking distance, which i found useful.

The room was small, i often bumped into things. the toilet was a wet toilet. After showering, there were no dry spots. sound insulation from other rooms was poor, i could hear noises.

The rooftop pool was a GREAT feature. I saw ample space for everyone with about 20 loungers and a shaded area. Coin laundry was available in the basement and that was VERY convenient. The staff provided excellent and friendly service, especially during check-in.

Sound privacy was minimal as walls seemed thin.
