mixed experience due to service lapses

disorganized check-inhigh credit-card

the check-in process was quite disorganized. it took an excessive amount of time to locate my reservation, despite having prepaid for the room and the security deposit. additionally, one of the staff members never returned with my room keys after processing the payment. i also found the credit card hold of $300 to be unusually high and the delayed reimbursement timeframe inconvenient. the air conditioning in my room also did not allow setting to the desired temperature.
