I appreciated the convenient location. It made exploring the area easy. The room provided good comfort, especially with the blackout blinds. The staff were helpful and always ready to assist with any inquiries. It. They were very cute!

I found that the music volume at the rooftop pool could be a bit lower for a more relaxed environment.

the location is excellent for city exploration. purvis street is just a minute away and offers various food options. raffles city mall is a short walk from the hotel.

the complimentary minibar only included one beer. it also had five miscellaneous juice drinks. the rooftop bar was not staffed

small gym pigeon problem

i was a bit disappointed. the gym was quite small. also, seeing pigeons and crows enjoying the infinity pool was a big turn-off. it.
