espresso machine modern fittings lack of apology breakfast issue
the room had an espresso machine and a microwave (i really loved this feature). the kitchenette was a great idea. the fittings are modern and the beds were comfy.
i was told at check-in that the room was only prepared for 2 people. there were no apologies extended for the inconvenience caused.

central location clean rooms spacious rooms
I found the location quite central , near many restaurants. The changing rooms helped as i got there before check in time. The rooms were also clean and spacious , SUCH A PLUS.
The check in process was slow , as the staff seemed untrained.

fantastic stay!!!

good room ample storage great shower great staff
the room size was good with plenty of storage. i found the air-conditioning to be great, and the shower was awesome!!! the location was excellent with great restaurants nearby. the facilities included meeting rooms, and the staff were also great.
the gym was nice but it could use some more equipment.

rooftop pool friendly staff modern look full price power outage ok breakfast
The room featured a modern look and was very clean. The furnishings seemed new and well-kept. The rooftop pool and sundeck were a nice place to relax. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
I was charged for the full stay just before arrival. Then, I was told the power would be out overnight, impacting elevators and AC. The manager eventually called but I expected a credit for the inconvenience but it never came. The breakfast was only OK, and room service was not great either.
