The staff provided warm smiles upon arrival. The team assisted with all requests efficiently. Housekeeping kept my room super clean each day.
The hotel didn't respond to my messages before arrival. This resulted in some issues with my dinner arrangements. The breakfast buffet was a complete disaster one morning.

The staff was helpful and responsive. Xian Rong, our room service staff, was attentive and communicated our needs to her superior promptly. Restaurant staff were cheerful. They recommended dishes with patience (i really appreciated that).
I tried to call the front desk several times. I never received an answer or a call back.

The beautiful double room on the higher floor included a minibar. The room provided filtered water. This eliminated the need to purchase bottled water. the room was very comfy and tidy.
