Really good Stay Downtown

convenient location short walk helpful housekeeping thoughtful notes

The hotel kept my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. This allowed me to sightsee without carrying heavy bags. The location is convenient with the MRT stop a short walk away. Housekeeping was fantastic. Chan kept the room clean and left thoughtful notes.

The gym was smaller than I anticipated.

the staff was very helpful! they kept my luggage both before check-in and after. this allowed me to sightsee without carrying it around. the location was also convenient, within walking distance of lau pa sat hawker center and the raffles place mrt stop.

a lovely stay in a central location

central location friendly staff welcome fruit

the location was great! it is very close to the subway station. i also found myself within walking distance of many attractions. the staff were very friendly too! i was greeted with a welcome bowl of fruit, such a thoughtful touch, and enjoyed the coffee station in the kitchenette.

The gym and pool were unfortunately closed for the duration of my stay. i was informed of this upon arrival, disappointing. Walking there in swimwear felt awkward.

really good location and service

central location pleasant surprise helpful staff

the location proved central to most activities. it was especially close to lau pa sat (i found this very convenient). i received an upgrade upon arrival, a very pleasant surprise. the staff were helpful (ryan's towel art was a nice touch).

i noticed some wear inside, especially considering the five-star rating.
