the hotel has a very convenient location. the staff members are friendly. the hotel is clean. plus, amenities are close by. i also found the quiet atmosphere inside the room very relaxing.

the toilet lacked a bidet. this was surprising, considering the number of asian guests. the hotel should really consider installing bidets for improved hygiene. this is the one main issue i had.

staff provided great assistance and were very attentive to my needs. they responded quickly to requests. the concierge was especially helpful with directions. i really appreciated their service.

the hotel is near two mrt stations for easy transit. bugis street market is only a short walk. i found many shops and restaurants close to the hotel. transport was convenient.
