The hotel is in a great location near the metro station. I exited the metro and walked a short distance to the hotel. A large mall with a grocery store was also nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. I found the staff friendly and helpful with directions (they knew the city well). The pool area was clean with comfortable loungers. The hotel also offered complimentary luggage storage after checkout.
The room was slightly smaller than I anticipated.

The room included a comfortable double bed and a small work desk. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided complimentary toiletries. Fresh towels were supplied daily .

The breakfast buffet included both asian and continental options. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Coffee and tea were readily available. I could see that the staff kept the area clean.

the hotel is close to the telok ayer mrt station (it is really convenient). the beds were comfortable and i slept well. i had a room on the 15th floor and the view was great.
the gym felt a bit basic.
