i stayed in a verandah studio for three nights. it included a king-size bed and a seating area. the grounds have peacocks roaming freely. there is also lush greenery with a glass pavilion. palawan beach is a short walk, offering easy access to restaurants and bars. the location provided a nice break from the city bustle.
i noticed some wear and tear in public areas.

Staff was cute and efficient during check-in. They quickly processed my arrival and provided necessary information. the concierge helped with directions and transport options. the housekeeping service maintained the room spotlessly throughout the stay, it was AMAZING!!!

a nice staff member offered us a complimentary upgrade to a verandah suite with a amazing garden view. the suite was spacious, super tidy, and had amenities .
the pool areas could have been a bit more appealing with some more decor lights and some music.

the breakfast buffet had many options with lovely food i especially liked it. a staff member explained all the local dishes she ensured we had everything we needed. the fish buffet included lobsters prawns oysters and mussels so good.

The verandah suite living room was a dream, offering so much space and light. It really reminded me of a home away from home. ari awwal gave us a complimentary upgrade. I was so surprised and grateful! the garden view was peaceful. the beach was a short walk away, and the pool was so serene, i never wanted to leave.
The gym was a bit basic. I had expected a larger area, especially considering the hotel's size. some newer equipment would make it more appealing.

The hotel is on sentosa, a quick trip to universal studios. It's about ten minutes. the area offers a relaxing atmosphere. Public transport is easy to access from the hotel.

The rooms are well-kept and clean. The fridge held complimentary soft drinks. coffee and tea making facilities were present, complete with chocolates and biscuits. the large bathroom included both a good shower and a bath.

The restaurant staff shone during breakfast and dinner. Their service had constant smiles and enthusiasm! mj and colleagues at the tearoom were very cute indeed. ari awwal greeted us. I felt special with his generous offer.

The hotel features three nice pools. The pool area provides a relaxing atmosphere. the gym has equipment for a basic workout. I used the treadmill daily. the sanctuary tearoom is available.

the room was clean and well maintained by the cleaning staff. the fridge was well stocked with water and soft drinks.. coffee and tea making facilities were good with chocolates and biscuits.
the hotel room's air-conditioning wasn't working well. the lowest temp it could go down to was 25 degrees.

Relaxing Stay with Great Amenities

I appreciated the convenient location near the beach. It was a short walk to many kid-friendly activities. The hotel felt secluded and provided a green oasis for relaxation. Free transportation options were plentiful including buggies and shuttles around Sentosa. Breakfast offered diverse cuisines with daily changes and this prevented monotony. The room's complimentary minibar with daily refills was very useful.
The air conditioning did not perform as well as I hoped. The temperature in my room could only reach 25 degrees. My complaint to the staff did not resolve the problem.
