Excellent Location and Service
easy access numerous option
The hotel is located next to the Capitol Theatre and City Hall MRT station. I found easy access to connected walkways. I could reach multiple malls and MRT stations without going outside. Dining options are numerous due to the proximity to the theater. The executive lounge access proved worthwhile.
The walkway at basement 3 from the hotel to the mall car park was untidy and disorganized.

The staff members were very attentive. They promptly addressed requests. Restaurant staff checked on us constantly, topping up drinks and changing cutlery. The front desk staff assisted us in planning our stay and arranged for a heritage tour.

romantic getaway
comfortable bed readily available water convenient location
the room featured a comfortable king bed. complimentary bottled water was readily available upon request. the city hall mrt station was conveniently located across from the hotel. i loved the architecture and interiors, it created a romantic ambiance.
i found the lighting system a bit difficult. i wish it was a bit more intuitive.

the fitness area included standard equipment. the pool area offered limited seating, accommodating around five loungers and two additional seating arrangements.

central location friendly staff heritage building dirty balcony moldy cushions
the location is CENTRAL to major tourist spots. It made it easy to get to places. i loved that the building had been renovated with care. the staff was friendly.
they immediately charged a much higher price. my Balcony was dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned for weeks. the cushions was moldy.

amazing experience!
king bed outdoor terrace great location city hall underground
the room was super spacious! it featured a king bed. the bathroom was very nice, it included two sinks. the outdoor terrace was an added bonus i enjoyed so much. the location was amazing. city hall underground is across the street. i could easily walk to raffles!
the gym was a little small. it only had a few machines.

the breakfast selection was abundant and diverse. there were choices of traditional food. i could get some honey from a hive. the staff was attentive, very helpful and ensured a smooth experience.
