amazing stay!
freeform pool friendly staff play area
i highly recommend this hotel. the freeform pool was very clean and the adjacent bar was great! the staff were nice by the pool, especially ravi and vicky. i also liked the children's play area! i cannot wait to return.

fabulous stay!
attentive staff comfortable stay quick service
I had a fabulous time here. the food and facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly. warren attended to my room and he was attentive! he contributed to making my stay comfortable. the room was always very clean. I really appreciated that, the service was so fast.
the gym was sometimes busy, but i always found a machine eventually.

hashim greeted everyone warmly at the entrance, and raimond, ravi, and tharu were friendly in the pool area. the taxi service to the airport was quick. the staff were polite.

orchard road is only a five-minute walk. i took an easy walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and the metro station. the location allowed quick access to amenities. the location suited me.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a wide range of Asian and Western options. It was delicious (especially the fresh juices!). My kid enjoyed the Splash waterpark. The location allows for convenient walks to the botanical garden and Orchard Road.
The lighting in the bathrooms could be improved. It was quite dark.

The gym is large and very well equipped for diverse workout routines. The pool area is well maintained and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The Splash waterpark provides entertainment for children.

Lovely Hotel with Garden

The room had a comfortable king size bed and great pillows. I liked the bathroom. It featured great water pressure, a rainfall shower head, and a separate tub. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was quite large. Many dining options were available (at least seven!).
My room wasn't as clean on the third and fourth days. Still, the cleaning lady was very respectful.

The hotel has a large pool that is well kept. a soft play center for children (very excellent!). There are life jackets available around the pool and activities planned for children. The hotel also has a gym.

Wonderful Stay at Shangri-La
relaxing wing great service large gardens generous upgrade
My room was upgraded to the Valley Wing. The Valley Wing offered soul restoring relaxation for my stay. Ravi Navin took great care of me at the pool bar (I really appreciate his service!). I enjoyed the large gardens around the pool.
The signage for light switches in the room was hard to read, as the lighting was very dark.

The gym includes modern equipment. The pool area has both sunny and shaded sections. There is a dedicated kids' playground for younger guests to enjoy .
