The hotel staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a wide range of Asian and Western options. It was delicious (especially the fresh juices!). My kid enjoyed the Splash waterpark. The location allows for convenient walks to the botanical garden and Orchard Road.
The lighting in the bathrooms could be improved. It was quite dark.

The gym is large and very well equipped for diverse workout routines. The pool area is well maintained and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The Splash waterpark provides entertainment for children.

The room had a comfortable king size bed and great pillows. I liked the bathroom. It featured great water pressure, a rainfall shower head, and a separate tub. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was quite large. Many dining options were available (at least seven!).
My room wasn't as clean on the third and fourth days. Still, the cleaning lady was very respectful.

The hotel has a large pool that is well-kept. a soft play center for children (very excellent!). There are life jackets available around the pool and activities planned for children. The hotel also has a gym.

The hotel offers many places to eat. The breakfast had very good options, with fresh fruit juices. The main restaurant is family-friendly (and the breakfast was great!).

The hotel provides a comfortable and finely prepared room. The room included amazing amenities, like great water pressure and a separate bathtub. The hotel also provided some extra treats (such as a fruit basket).

Wonderful Stay at Shangri-La

My room was upgraded to the Valley Wing. The Valley Wing offered soul restoring relaxation for my stay. Ravi Navin took great care of me at the pool bar (I really appreciate his service!). I enjoyed the large gardens around the pool.
The signage for light switches in the room was hard to read, as the lighting was very dark.

The gym includes modern equipment. The pool area has both sunny and shaded sections. There is a dedicated kids' playground for younger guests to enjoy .

The breakfast buffet offers many choices (the selection is huge!). The hotel provides multiple dining venues with diverse culinary options. The Valley Wing lounge offers a quieter breakfast alternative to the busy buffet at The Line.
