Dinner includes à la carte and prix-fixe menus, imported cheeses, and desserts. Long Triều, a Michelin 1-star Cantonese restaurant, features dim sum, dried seafood delicacies, and seafood options. The Cantonese fare menu includes abalone, sea cucumber, bird's nest, suckling pig, Peking duck, honey-glazed barbeque pork, and Hong Kong-style grouper. Da Vittorio Saigon offers Italian cuisine. The Long presents trattoria-style fare, pizza, and a gelato bar with homemade flavors. The Reverie Boutique provides pastries, sandwiches, and salads.

The Spa at The Reverie Saigon includes 12 private treatment rooms, steam and sauna facilities, a beauty salon, and a hair salon. The spa menu includes Southeast Asian therapies and Western-inspired aromatherapy treatments. On the 6th floor, the fitness center features TechnoGym ARTIS equipment with Wi-Fi. On a spacious, open-air deck are two Jacuzzis and a 24-meter long, free-form pool with mosaic tile artistry by Sicis of Italy, an ozone-generated system, and an underwater music system.
