pleasant short stay!

friendly staff delicious breakfast convenient location

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options available. the location is also quite convenient, with only a short walk to the beach. this.

the rooms had a slight chemical smell, a minor issue. the noise insulation could be better as i could hear noise from the street.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Exist

urine-like smell damp smell

The location was acceptable. A supermarket right across the street was convenient.

The room I stayed in had an odd smell. It reminded me of urine. The staff tried to help with an oil diffuser, but the smell, likely from the air conditioner, persisted. I found this quite frustrating!

AMAZING stay, LOVED it!

The rooftop pool IS very nice, I spent hours there. The views were something special. Breakfast had A LOT of options, with plenty of variety. I REALLY liked the spacious rooms. I found the beds comfortable.

THE elevator was a little slow, I noticed. It wasn't a big DEAL though.

THIS location provided convenient access to local attractions, EVERYTHING was easy to reach. The hotel IS situated near the beach, it was only a short walk away. Transportation options were also readily available, SO I could easily explore the area.

THE staff were friendly and helpful, ALWAYS ready to assist. They provided prompt and efficient service, I felt well taken care of. Their attentiveness, I really appreciate all the assistance.

Excellent Stay with a View

diverse choices infinity pool

I found the breakfast really good with both western and Asian choices available. A cook at breakfast made a great omelette every morning, alongside crispy bacon. The infinity pool provided a superb area to cool off. It was especially welcome after time spent at the nearby beach.

The hotel arranged a tour that included an unexpected stop at a showroom. This detour involved a sales presentation of jade, pearls and agarwood. It was like an attempt to scam tourists, so this was disappointing.

The rooftop pool was very inviting. I observed comfortable chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. The views from the restaurant located on the upper floors were elegant and expansive.

The lobby looked inviting. Staff greeted me with a refreshing beverage on arrival. The team stored my luggage prior to check-in and also brought it to my room afterwards, so I found it helpful.
