The staff were very courteous. They helped us with our luggage storage. The room faced the park and offered a view of the fireworks.

The hotel did not provide basic amenities. An ironing board was absent from the room. Early entry to the park was unavailable despite staying at the hotel. Rooms near the swimming pool were noisy because the pools stay open until 10 p.m. This made napping impossible. Noise and slamming doors were constant.
