i found the breakfast in both restaurants divine, it was a lovely way to begin each day. the staff are so nice and always ready to assist, i appreciate that a lot. the drinks in the lounge tasted very good and the gym and pool provided great spots for relaxation. it felt special when our room was available way before the usual check-in time, i was so very greatful after a long flight.

i experienced one in-room dining moment i didn't like. i ordered some food along with a cappuccino but it was forgotten. the waiter then kindly suggested i make coffee myself with the in-room machine, but i want cappuccino, i don't know. the room got quite cold and noisy with the air conditioning, so i did had to turn it off.

The staff were good. Concierge Cody was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.

I had some issues. I called the hotel hotline and the lady who answered did not address my question. She just said 'thank you for your call and goodbye', then hung up. I spoke to her in Cantonese. She replied in Mandarin and English. She did not give me a chance to speak in English. This was a bad move on her part.

The rooms are surprisingly large for this part of the world. the decoration is really nice. The city view from the room was beautiful. the location is excellent, especially its proximity to the avenue of stars. It is next to the train station!

I had a slightly disappointing in-room dining experience when i ordered some food and cappuccino. the cappuccino was forgotten. The waiter suggested i make coffee on my own using the coffee machine. that coffee is different from what i ordered, not the attitude expected from a fancy hotel.
