wow what a place!

spacious rooms big beds separate shower

the rooms were super spacious. i got a bella beautiful suite. it had two big beds that were perfect! also, there was a separate shower, a total win!

spacious room convenient shuttle really good help good service

the room is spacious and clean housekeeping was good despite the large number of rooms the free shuttle bus is convenient it made getting around easy vicky at the concierge desk provided really good help with directions to nearby attractions i found this very useful. jason from baggage service provided very good service i appreciated his assistance the staff are friendly and disciplined this added to my experience.

the room had a spacious design and was very clean. housekeeping was efficient, especially considering the number of rooms on each floor. the free shuttle bus service provided easy access to various locations. i found it very convenient to use.

modern appeal pleasing design high standard late check-in missing reason late checkout

The room had a very modern appeal. Its design and aesthetics were pleasing! Cleanliness was maintained to a high standard. Julie Qu at the front desk was helpful. She was also kind.

Check-in started at 3pm. I arrived at 3:30pm. The rooms were not ready, and I received no reason. I waited almost two hours after the check-in time for my room, but received only a late checkout upon request.
