surprisingly lovely stay

the hotel's lobby design is very aesthetic and clean the check-in process was smooth I even got to check in early since my room was ready the staff ensured i got a big bed instead of two separate ones the concierge helped me plan travel to the stadium and assisted with a taxi to the airport. The telephone operator was friendly the housekeeping staff made sure i had extra towels. I enjoyed dining at the food hall it offered many options and reasonable prices the hotel is near the jordan mtr station.
they do not exchange money for some foreign currencies that was a minor inconvenience for me but not significant enough to spoil the experience.

the hotel is in a central location with easy access to public transportation the jordan mtr station is nearby making it easy to explore other parts of the area. there are a lot of eateries around the corner perfect for trying local food.

My stay started okay, but some issues arose. It disrupted my sleep. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in my complaint about the disturbance , and they did not offer a solution. I also noticed the room service menu was limited , with few vegetarian options.

The pool is open with the following schedule: Mon - Fri: 09:30 - 13:30 & 14:30 - 19:30, and Sat, Sun & public holidays: 07:30 - 19:30. Guests can reserve a maximum of 1 hour at a time, on a first-come, first-served basis.
