i loved the friendly service! check-in and check-out were so easy. the rooms were clean!!! it was in a great location, very close to everything i needed. the staff were very helpful.
the table lamp toppled over! the bedside aircon and light switches were placed behind the lamp, a silly arrangement, so the lamp broke!!!

I booked a premium room expecting a comfortable stay. instead, i find it was outdated. the view from the room was horrible. I could only see ac vents of neighboring buildings. the staff did not seem to care much about guest experience, with responses often limited to "no" or "subject to availability".
