the location is very convenient. the room was spacious. the hotel provide clean, they give fast response for customer needs.

i noted an issue with the room temperature control. it was difficult adjust. i find the room colder than outside.

The spacious rooms were excellent at the hotel. the breakfast had a great variety. The location provided convenient access to transport links. i found the proximity to the ferry very useful for getting around the area. The service i received was also very professional.

i noticed a slight musty odor in the hallways, it was a minor issue though.

the location is amazing near the harbour it is so close to food and shopping. the concierge team is quick they were very helpful with our luggage without us even asking. lucky gave prompt and friendly assistance he was a star.
