Convenient and well-located.
central location easy access great convenience
I found the location central. It offers easy access to the TST MTR station, a major plus. Plenty of restaurants and shops are nearby, which adds great convenience (a definite win). I also appreciated the walking distance to areas like Jordan and the harbor.
I noticed a lack of complimentary toiletries in the room. Specifically, dental kits and hand soaps were absent. This required me to purchase these items separately, a slight inconvenience.

The room included continuous hot shower in the super clean toilet. The tv provided various programmes for entertainment. Slippers were available for use . I found this admirable.

Coffee and tea sachets were provided in the room. mineral water bottles were not complimentary daily. Several eateries nearby offer a wide variety of food.

The location offers direct access to the subway. Mini bus lines are located just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel has airport buses within reasonable walkable distance. It's a great advantage.

Housekeeping staff kept the rooms very clean. The staff try to promptly attend to our requests. I appreciated that the housekeeping team was friendly and courteous.

The hotel's location is convenient. Tsim sha tsui mtr exit l3 connects directly to the hotel. airport bus stops are also within walking distance. the staff who handle luggage storage are very helpful, offering immediate assistance. bellhops at the entrance are friendly. One auntie with short hair and glasses always smiles!

Luggage storage staff were quick to assist guests with their bags. bellhops provided friendly greetings and assistance at the entrance. i found the team proactive and cheerful. I was impressed.

The room was very clean. It offered comfortable beds with fresh linens. i had a tv with multiple channels and an air conditioner. the hot shower worked perfectly every time.

The hotel had convenient access to public transportation. This made getting around so easy. several bus stops and the mtr were nearby. nearby restaurants and attractions add to the hotel's appeal.

Breakfast offered a good selection of both western and eastern dishes. i noticed plentiful choices, including coffee. It ensured a satisfying start to each day. i didn't use other facilities so i don't know.

train station convenience store small room bad shape
The location was excellent. The hotel had a dedicated train station entrance, very convenient. There were also tons of options for food nearby!!! A convenience store was just a minute's walk away. I really enjoyed that.
The room was quite small. I thought it was not even a normal bedroom. It really looked like a store room. The shape was not very good either.

mtr station direct connection central location good breakfast breakfast selection faulty ac working heat hard bed rock bed
The MTR station is directly connected via exit L4. The location is VERY central. The breakfast had a good selection of food.
The AC did NOT work on heating. It was very cold. Staff came to fix it, but it never worked. The beds are HARD as rocks.
