fantastic stay!
perfect locationfree shuttlemissing kettle
the location was perfect since i wanted to be near the airport. it was also great that it connects directly to the shopping precinct. the pool and outside area looked very nice. i really enjoyed the free shuttle from the airport (so convenient!).
i was a bit disappointed there was no electric kettle in the room. i would have loved to make some tea.

this hotel has easy access to tung chung station. it is conviniently close to the mtr. there are many food choices at the food opera. you can easily access citygate outlet store from here.

the breakfast buffet had a good and delicious lineup of local and international cuisines. i really enjoyed it (especially the fresh pastries!). there are cheap fruits and good cooked food selections nearby if you want to grab something.

The room looked quite dated. i noticed a used contact lens in the shower. I found that pretty off-putting. also, security seemed lax because anyone could access the hotel floors from the mall without a keycard. That's not reassuring.

the hotel provided a convenient free airport shuttle service it operated frequently. the connection to the shopping mall offered easy access to shops and restaurants. i found the proximity to the subway very useful for traveling around.
some of the furniture looked a little dated.

the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially those from the concierge.
The breakfast room was too cold. Everything was cooled to 18 degrees.
