The room was modern. It was well equipped. I especially appreciated the quiet stay in this vibrant city. All services were offered by polite personnel. They were kind and helpful.

The service efficiency seemed low. Guests must pay a deposit for the room upon check-in. After checkout, the deposit was not immediately refunded to my bank card. It has been over 48 hours now, and I have not received the refund yet.

I loved that the hotel provides direct access to the exhibition center , a lifesaver for business trips. The staff were always very friendly and helpful . Breakfast had so many options and the quality was amazing , I especially loved the variety. The pool area is gorgeous , I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of work.

The deposit refund process took longer than expected , and I had to contact customer service for assistance. I thought the delay was not ideal , but the issue was eventually resolved.

The hotel offers a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes , I could maintain my fitness routine easily. The outdoor pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section , ideal for relaxation. An indoor walkway connects the hotel directly to the exhibition center.

The Chinese restaurant, One Harbour Road, impressed me with its famous , delicate range of Chinese dishes. The Tiffin room presented a seafood buffet with attentive staff and a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet included Asian and Western foods.
