my stay spanned several days and i found the room service prompt. a member of the cleaning crew, maria, was particularly helpful with extra towels. the concierge assisted me with directions to nearby shopping centers and explained transportation options. the hotel gym was very adequate with treadmills and various weight machines.
i noticed only limited english channels were available on the in-room television. this restricted my viewing options during downtime in the evenings.

the hotel features a large outdoor swimming pool, which includes both shallow areas for children and deeper sections for adults. several lounge chairs and umbrella provide comfortable seating around the pool. the fitness center contained several treadmills and weights.

The television lacked YouTube support. The toilet paper was not consistently replaced daily, which I found inconvenient. Only two washing machines served a hotel of twelve floors. The bathroom locks also presented some functional issues.
