mtr station public transport birthday cookies
the location was near the north point mtr station. public transport was also accessible. the staff noticed my birthday a few days prior and delivered cookies to my room. i was grateful.

Excellent stay with fantastic views
helpful staff gracious upgrade
the team anticipated my needs well during a busy week. the housekeeping staff was super friendly and helpful, especially holly, my room's staff. the club lounge gave a gracious upgrade to my room. i found the hotel team doing well at all reception/dining and service tasks.
i lived in the east building. it was some walking distance to the west building, for example, when i tried to go to the club lounge. this could be a slight drawback.

the hotel features a great location with fine views. it also has diverse, great local restaurants in its surrounding area. the area offers a unique experience different from central areas.

convenient location ferry port rooftop pool paper thin duvet loud air-conditioning carpet stain
the location was very convenient. the ferry port was only a few minutes walk. the north point tube stop was also close to the hotel. the room had a nice view from level 21 facing half city and half harbour. the rooftop pool was also worth visiting.
The duvet was paper thin. The pillows were flat. the air-conditioning was loud! there were stains on the carpet. the bathroom cleanliness was subpar.

clean building birthday arrangement hdmi cable friendly staff
the staff was wonderful. i especially liked the birthday arrangement prepared for me. amenities included a baby bottle sterilizer, and an hdmi cable, things i needed. the building felt so clean. a shopping center is connected to the hotel and offers convenience.
the lifts require a card to access all floors. this made me feel a little unsafe as strangers could easily follow you into them and press any floor

public transportation is quite accessible. the metro is located very close, and there are also ferry and ding ding stops nearby. taxis are available right at the entrance for added convenience.

the room included a very comfortable bed. beautiful night views are visible from the room. the hotel rooms are modern and thoughtfully furnished, offering both comfort and functionality .

breakfast each morning was fresh and offered variety. waffles were the fluffiest i have ever had. the bar on top was very well done with great music and cocktails.
