The location is very convenient. It's close to many transport options. I found bus routes, mass transit, and the public ferry all easily accessible. My room had a harbour view. It was lovely and big. There were lots of dining options nearby too.

The restaurant offered excellent food, and this made my breakfast a Good start to the day. The cruise restaurant provides high-quality service, though it can get crowded. I noticed the staff sometimes struggle when the restaurant is FULL.

Receptionists were polite and helpful when I needed assistance. The cleaning service was top notch and kept my room very clean. Helen at the club lounge remembered my drink preferences, always preparing them before I asked.

the location was very convenient. the ferry port was only a few minutes walk. the north point tube stop was also close to the hotel. the room had a nice view from level 21 facing half city and half harbour. the rooftop pool was also worth visiting.

The duvet was paper thin. The pillows were flat. the air-conditioning was loud! there were stains on the carpet. the bathroom cleanliness was subpar.

the staff was wonderful. i especially liked the birthday arrangement prepared for me. amenities included a baby bottle sterilizer, and an hdmi cable, things i needed. the building felt so clean. a shopping center is connected to the hotel and offers convenience.

this made me feel a little unsafe as strangers could easily follow you into them and press any floor
