slow check-insoft pillows

the check-in was quite slow. i waited maybe thirty minutes just to get my room key. i booked a plaza beautiful king room and i was really looking forward to relaxing, but this delay was not a great start. i also found the pillows to be a bit too soft, they offered little support during sleep which affected my rest that night. i believe a firmer pillow option should be available.

i found the room very spacious. it was a plaza beautiful king room and it had comfortable beds. the swimming pool was also a fantastic amenity (i especially appreciated the clean water!).

the check-in process was slow. i waited about 30 minutes to get the room key. also, the gym staff seemed a bit strict regarding the use of facilities.

i stayed in a premier family plus room, it was tidy. i found the room spacious and very clean. the housekeeping service was amazing, i think supervisor shirley and winnie were helpful. also, i liked that breakfast was served at lion rock, and the staff were accomodating.

The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle anymore. The airport express does not offer one directly to the hotel, though the convenience still outweighed this minor issue.

Staff promptly addressed requests, offering assistance and information, i noticed a helpful approach to handling inquiries. This. i appreciated the attentiveness of the team. They were always ready to provide support.
