poor wifi hard bed

the breakfast had lots of variety and options. the omelet station was great.

The wifi was not good. It barely worked. also, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. i really had trouble getting a good night's sleep. it affected my entire stay because i was so tired all the time

Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience

The staff were very helpful. Annie gave some great recommendations for local tailors and restaurants. The hotel provided free bicycles. It made getting to An Bang Beach very easy. The blackout curtains were amazing. They ensured a very restful sleep.

The wifi signal was a bit weak in my room.

Impressed by every details!

attentive staff smooth check-in private transport

The entire staff, wow, were kind and attentive, totally focused on making you happy! Cindy made check-in very smooth. The staff organized transport, a private one to Hue. Its price was fair and completely satisfactory.

The gym didn't feel like a 5-star amenity. The equipment was old. I wish there was a wider selection of modern machines.

the staff offered superb service. daisy shared essential city information and gave dining suggestions. she even arranged tickets for the bamboo circus, a vietnam highlight. the breakfast had a good and varied selection, enjoyed in a bright dining area.

the staff greeted me with smiles always. breakfast included many options, and i discovered unique local dishes i had never tasted before. the provided bicycles allowed me to explore nearby areas at my own pace.
