I found a colonial suite after an upgrade. The room was spacious! breakfast included many food choices with high quality. the staff were very courteous. They always helped with all my requests. the hotel location is near many transportation options.

The floor near the orchid room dipped suddenly. Proper shoes are needed.

the hotel is within walking distance of the national mosque, it is about five minutes. the hotel provides shuttle service to kl sentral every half hour. the hotel's grounds were well maintained and attractive.

the shuttle bus was beneficial, as the hotel is not very close to amenities. i found the breakfast acceptable. the staff were friendly and helpful..

i requested a prayer mat to be sent to my room, but i did not receive it. i called a second time at 2 am, but still did not get my request. i requested again at 5 am and received it after 5 minutes.
