Really good stay in a vibrant location

The hotel had an excellent location near major shopping centers (I found Lot 10 just across the street). My room was cozy. I especially appreciated the fine city view from my high-floor room.
The room felt a bit small (but i found it acceptable).

The hotel features modern design elements. Cleanliness was consistently maintained to a high standard throughout the premises. It's obvious that the team cares about this a lot.

There is a Starbucks located within the hotel (very convenient for morning coffee). Several well-known restaurants are in close proximity, including Damascus and Hameediyah Nasi Kandar (and i loved trying the local food!).

the hotel stands in the heart of the city center. i had booked a room with a window, it offered a superb view of the lively streets and the city lights at night. the beds and pillows ensured restful nights.
The room was quite small. The black walls did contribute to a somewhat dark atmosphere. the tv remote was unresponsive at times. i also felt that the breakfast options could be more varied.

The staff members were helpful. housekeepers paid close attention to their work. They kept the rooms tidy. the staff happily stored my luggage for a few days until my return.

the hotel provides easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and train stations. MRT station is very close. the hotel is near many bars and restaurants. shopping centers. it is easy to access to the metro and the monorail line.
