Waiting times could reach almost half an hour. I also noticed that the room floor wasn't cleaned well, the housekeeping should pay more attention to details.

The location is perfect. Many attractions are easily accessible by walking (10-30 minutes to tourist spots!). Staff were attentive and always willing to help. The pool area was a highlight, and I enjoyed lounging there after a long day.
I noticed slight stains on the bedsheets.
