the staff was friendly. i found a luxurious lobby and fast lifts. my comfy room had a bathtub. a separate living room. kitchen utensils included halal-certified water directly from the sink..
the room i stayed in seemed like it needed some updates. the bathtub looked a little worn. some food crumbs were left under the table before i checked in.

The staff were very helpful and courteous from arrival to departure. My room was a studio room queen and was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had complete utensils and halal-certified water directly from the sink.. the air conditioning worked very well. Complimentary parking was available for the first car. Subsequent cars required a small fee.
I found a very small amount of dust in the corner of the bedroom.

The room showed some wear. the bathroom was not as clean as it should be. i found some hairs on the floor and the shower grout had some mildew. i also had some difficulty with the air conditioning. It did not cool the room effectively.

The breakfast choices were acceptable. They had a wide selection.
The bathroom was disappointing. It felt old and not very clean. the toilet looked stained and worn. the showerhead was leaking. It was a constant drip that bothered me. i reported it, but nothing happened.
