Wonderful Villa Stay

My two-bedroom villa was fine and kept immaculate daily. Bila Bila restaurant's breakfast was excellent with diverse choices. The New Year's dinner was fun and had delicious food. The trips to the mangrove river and dragonfruit farm were very enjoyable since there was not much to do around the hotel.
The pool was quite small for such a large resort. There were also not enough sun loungers available for the number of guests at the hotel.

The staff WAS friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the extensive breakfast spread. It had a good mix of East and West. the ROOM offered serenity and privacy. It had a private patio with outdoor furniture where I could catch the sunset.
The FLOOR was dirty upon arrival. I found dust and dirt under the bed. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. There were dirty hand prints all over the glass doors, which I did not appreciate.

the superior double or twin room had a private patio with outdoor furniture. high ceiling and fan were in my upstairs room in addition to air conditioning. the breakfast included an extensive mix of east and west food. the staff was friendly and efficient.
the room was not cleaned after the first night.
