the room was very clean. it had plenty of nice spots for photos. the service from the staff was excellent!!! they were friendly and helpful.

the hotel room has no soundproofing. i could hear other guests talking in the corridor at 7am. the hotel should remind guests to keep quiet in the early morning.

Some Issues During Stay

rude staff

My stay had a couple of frustrating moments. It was very inconvenient because I wanted to relax, but that was impossible with all that drilling. a staff member stopped me after checkout and asked if I was a guest. He was impolite about it and did not explain his reasons. He just looked at me rudely, which I found disrespectful, considering I had just checked out.

the hotel staff was very friendly. they always offered help with a smile. the scent in the lobby was refreshing. it created a cute atmosphere.

i found the room could have been cleaner. it was quite dusty in some areas. i believe better upkeep would enhance the hotel's beautiful design. that would make it more comfortable.
