the location was convenient near the airport for my early morning flight. the bed was comfy.

my room wasn't very clean. i found dust on the bedside table and the bathroom had a used soap bar. also the tv didn't work during my whole stay and i didn't receive any compensation

The free shuttle service was convenient! i used it multiple times. the staff were all so kind, especially the shuttle driver. the restaurant had such a wide variety of food options. I could always find something i liked.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear cars and motorbikes at night. a light on the headboard in my room was damaged. the internet connection in the room wasn't very reliable. i had to use the public wi-fi.

the hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle service. i received access to the executive lounge with complimentary mocktails and snacks. i enjoyed the free chocolate samples offered between 3 pm and 4 pm.

i think this information should be readily available for international guests.

weak wifi signal limited hours

Breakfast was acceptable with a fine range of options.

The Wi-Fi signal was very weak in my room. I complained several times, but no IT personnel came to fix it. Lounge service had limited hours in the evening. I waited in the lobby for the shuttle to the airport and nobody called me when it was time to leave. I had to find the shuttle myself.
