Fantastic Hotel Experience!

convenient location shopping center fitness center

The location is supremely convenient. It is directly connected to KL Sentral station, a huge benefit. A major shopping center is accessible directly from the hotel. The fitness center is open 24 hours. It features a function room, many cardio machines, and a great free weights area.

The replenishment of food during peak hours needs improvement. Several items ran out quickly during breakfast time. This caused delays and waits for food at some stations. I hope this will be looked at.

Breakfast was HUGE and had amazing local dishes!!! A high-end steak house offered good value. The wine list was comprehensive. The evening cocktail selection included a good selection of beverages including alcohol.

The lounge is classy and spacious. The hotel environment was clean and well lit. The pool is large enough and has plenty of greenery. Lifts were working well and are very fast.

attentive staff awesome breakfast startling noises little sleep

The staff were super attentive and the breakfast was awesome.

I had little sleep because of sporadic, startling noises at night, I was on the 32nd floor. I am not sure what those noises were, but it was loud and disturbing!

The room was modern and clean. The breakfast offered extensive choices, with Chinese, Indian and Western options available. The hotel's direct access to the train station provided a quick ride from the airport.

I found some prices to be somewhat high, though acceptable.

The room provided two separate sinks and a spacious shower. The climate control system was very effective. It maintained a consistent temperature throughout my stay, ensuring maximum comfort and sleep quality. Blackout curtains are available, helping to block out external light.

The hotel provides direct access to the KL Sentral station. This made airport transfers seamless. A nearby bus stop allows easy access to city attractions! The hotel's proximity to public transportation is a significant advantage for exploring the area.
