Excellent Stay With Attentive Service

My stay included housekeeping service that was efficient and quite fast. The room offered a large and comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the concierge team, especially Ezad. He was very helpful with directions and information.

I sent an email before my stay, and the front and reservation team ignored it. I am a Diamond Ambassador member, so I was expecting a response! This felt dismissive.

The breakfast options provided a great variety and I enjoyed the experience. I noticed a fantastic selection of local cuisine. There was a warm smile and perfectly prepared beverages offered by staff, specifically Sumon, Amdad and Sanusi, what a service.

The hotel features a convenient location. It is close to a large shopping mall. I found two metro stations right outside. The building is not right in the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang area, but still quite close!

i found issues with the hot water system. the water ran yellow and then black. it seemed that staff lacked training on handling these problems. there was no real compensation offered besides bottled water, really insufficient

inadequate cooling slow email response

I stayed here recently and honestly, it was a mixed bag. the room was not properly cooled upon arrival, and it took a while for the technical crew to fix the air conditioning. It impacted my overall comfort. the reservation staff did not respond to emails promptly. I had to call, and even then, it was difficult to get through and speak to someone directly. also, i requested ice in a small container, but it arrived in a large bucket with a heineken logo on it, which i found inappropriate, especially considering some guests might be muslim.
