the location was perfect near the world trade center. the air conditioning had granular control making the room a haven. i appreciated the staff's readiness to assist with any questions. the room was like a peaceful retreat after a day of meetings.

some towels looked worn. perhaps attention to detail here is needed. even small improvements can greatly improve the guest experience. it is important to maintain overall quality.
