staff were friendly the breakfast had a wide selection. the location was convenient to access a shopping mall. this provided many options for dining and shopping

i found the room to be quite standard and some towels showed wear. the pool felt average it lacked any standout features. i was hoping for a more modern experience

wonderful stay in the city

perfect location granular control helpful staff

the location was perfect near the world trade center. the air conditioning had granular control making the room a haven. i appreciated the staff's readiness to assist with any questions. the room was like a peaceful retreat after a day of meetings.

some towels looked worn. perhaps attention to detail here is needed. even small improvements can greatly improve the guest experience. it is important to maintain overall quality.
