i really enjoyed the hotel's location because it's near jalan alor. the employees were so nice and very helpful every time i needed it. the room size was okay for two people and everything had a smart layout. the high tech devices made things easier.

the sink in the room, it was just so small. it made things a bit difficult when i tried washing my face.

Overrated tech, underwhelming stay.

The room's iPad controls were more frustrating than helpful. It was slow, and sometimes didn't work at all. Getting extra towels became an issue since we needed them to clean up the water after every shower.

the hotel design is nice and i like the check-in and out approach. the room was clean too!

i couldn't access the door. i tried several times, waiting for the staff to send me a new card but it didn't happen. i couldn't find an electric kettle in the room either.
