convenient location excellent hospitality wide variety relaxing atmosphere
i appreciated the hotel location. it was convenient to reach many places. the staff displayed excellent hospitality throughout my stay. breakfast featured a wide variety of choices each morning. the hotel offered a VERY relaxing atmosphere.
the decor looked a little dated.

underwhelming stay with some issues
broken room keys unapologetic receptionist
the room keys did not work upon arrival the receptionist was not apologetic. i had to go back down to the lobby multiple times to get new keys. room service was disappointing and i was charged incorrectly. i was told i could not charge the room service to the room, inconvenient.

the breakfast offered many options from various cuisines, a real treat. i found the location convenient with quill city mall just opposite. the room was spacious and included a luxurious bathroom.
the air conditioning leaked onto the floor in the entrance.

noticeable issues at a high price
invalid room cards non-functional telephones
the location was conveniently situated, granting easy access to nearby attractions.
the front desk staff caused significant issues at check-in. my room cards did not work twice, preventing me from using the lift. after receiving a third card and finally accessing my room, i found that neither the room nor bathroom telephone worked.
