the resort grounds were beautiful. lush gardens and well maintained areas created a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast buffet was expansive. i found a good variety of local and western options.

the room felt a little dated. i found some of the lighting dim. communication with the staff presented challenges at times. some requests took longer than expected due language difficulties.

damp sheetslanguage barrier

the sheets felt damp, which really isnt something i want to feel when im trying to relax. trying to talk to the staff felt hard. they really tried their best to understand me, but it was still a challenge because of a language barrier. its frustrating when communication isnt smooth and i expect more from a place like this.

the lush environment was acceptable. the breakfast was excellent.

The bed sheets were damp. It reminded me of they were not dried correctly. it was very hard to communicate with the staff, and this language barrier was frustrating. overall, i felt the staff tried, but the communication problems persisted.

The damp bed sheets were a real issue. I felt quite uncomfortable. i also found communication with some staff challenging (it was hard to explain what i needed). they did try their best to understand, though, which i appreciated (but it didn't fully solve the problem). this language barrier definitely detracted from the overall experience, especially when i needed something specific.
