efficient air conditioning coffee machine good tv channels large size tour groups intimate atmosphere
My room had efficient air conditioning and it was much appreciated. A coffee machine was provided in the room and also a fridge. The TV had good channels for entertainment.
The hotel felt quite large. Many tour groups were present and that affected the atmosphere. I felt that the hotel lacked a more intimate atmosphere for younger families.

lovely gardens friendly staff
The pools were a great feature, with both a children's pool and an adults-only pool AVAILABLE. the gardens were also lovely. I enjoyed walking through them daily. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. my room was BIG and VERY comfortable. I felt right at home.
the hotel seemed bigger than expected, so sometimes it felt a little less personal.

amazing diversity beautiful garden big size tour group
Breakfast offered amazing diversity. I found both Western and Vietnamese dishes served. The hotel had a beautiful garden with nice swimming pools. We loved the swimming pools.
The hotel was a lot bigger. This size meant there were many tour groups. I prefer a more intimate atmosphere for vacation, it was not quite the vibe I hoped for

tour group hotel impersonal atmosphere
the staff greeted us by name, which i suppose is fine.
The place felt too big for me. I seemed like just another number. it was also overrun with groups of older travelers which i did not appreciate. i prefer places with a more personal touch, not this huge setup.
