Underwhelming stay. Some issues need addressing

unstocked minibar slow communication

The room wasn't ready when i arrived. This was quite frustrating. i had to wait in the lobby for nearly an hour, which wasn't a great start. also, the minibar wasn't stocked properly. i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. communication wasn't smooth, and i feel the staff could be more proactive.

the location was great. the room was spacious. excellent housekeeping was available, and i liked being able to check out at 12 and still use the pool. breakfast had an excellent selection.

The hotel seems overly strict with its rules. It can feel unwelcoming .

The location was great. I had convenient access to key attractions. being in front of the beach is excellent. the hotel provided a great trip to ba na hills, a golden bridge.

sea view breakfast variety excellent kindness

The room had a very nice sea view. The hotel breakfast offered many choices and good quality products (especially the fresh fruit). Staff members showed really good kindness.
